A follow up e-mail will be sent out to each party 6 weeks after the initial introduction, requesting feedback regarding the match. All successful matches will receive two further follow-up e-mails within the next 9 months. Feedback from any unsuccessful matches will be used to ensure that the next match found will be successful.
